Wine Review - Three of Hearts Rosé

Here is some Rosé to whet your whistle as we head into what (finally) feels like the start of summer.

Henry of Pelham Three of Hearts Rosé – $19.95 – Vintages 552562 – **** – If there’s one thing to define this bottle, it’s the attention to detail. The transparent label barely obscures the beautiful pale pink colour in the bottle. The bottle itself makes a statement that this is something different. Made with Pinot Noir the aromas are soft cranberry, raspberry, sour cherry, and a nice citrus note accents the red fruit. There is a nice texture on the mid-palate where this just sits for a moment and unravels every bit of red fruit from the nose before moving to citrus on the finish. This is a bottle that you need to put on your table this summer.
