The best thing about Ontario wine is that finding a great bottle is truly like finding the undiscovered country. We have so many talented winemakers and new wineries popping up, and I want to be the first to find them.

I am the co-founder of the 80x wine Company. Based in Niagara with a focus on creating high-quality small batch wines, the 80x Wine Company was created to learn about the inner workings of the wine industry. As a writer, I believe you are what you drink, and it’s important to understand what it takes to go from vineyard to bottle.
