I was a card carrying ABC gal. Tired of over Oaked California and Australia Cards, I went to Chablis and now look for Unoaked Chards where I can. Now though I’m finding some Oaked ones less bark like. So styles are changing
Oh I agree so much with Michael on Chard. I’ll drink anything else white before Chard but if I have to, I take un-oaked.
