Flavours and aromas are bright and crisp citrus with great acidity and bone dry on the finish. The great thing about sparkling wine at this price is that there is no reason to include this with your casual get gatherings. Just because a wine is economical doesn’t mean it isn’t well made. Sparkling Riesling will pair with just about everything, but will make a great match to creamy pasta dishes or lighter chicken dishes.
