2017 Kacaba Unoaked Chardonnay – LCBO 326975 – $15.95 – **** – This is one of the most reliable bottles from Ontario you can find in the general list. This is also a bottle that is sure te be crowd pleasing. This is straightforward with nice flavours and aromas of Granny Smith apple, slightly underripe peach, lemon zest, and a nice mineral note that goes from nose to finish. Mated with nice acid the finish is crisp and clean. This is just a well-made Chardonnay that you could find at my house on a Sunday dinner with a chicken coming out of the oven.
