I could not agree more. The Henry of Pelham Baco the estate or Family series are Excellent. Just as there are Cab Franc makers of varying quality, and all varieties I will be honest. Consumers need to be picky.

You do have to remember that we are “wine snobs” and are palates are more advanced than many others. I think HoP and Sandbanks are both selling a similar product (maybe higher RS in Sandbanks) and I think they have the lions share of those growing market. So I’m with Andre – at least they are drinking VQA wine instead of the CIC stuff. Maybe as their palates mature they will switch to the good stuff too. And HoP rocks Baco. Just had an 08 reserve last month and could have sworn it was aged Zinfandel. 🙂
