2010 Redstone Reserve Cabernet Franc – Vintages 381244 – $29.95 – It’s been awhile since I’ve reviewed something pressing close to the thirty dollar mark… but trust me this one is good. Great dark fruit with a bit of spice and cocoa on the finish. This is drinking great now but will age for at least another 5 years. Great to pair with grilled or roasted red meats or enjoy on it’s own.
2011 Redstone Chardonnay – Vintages TBA (January 2015) – $31.95 – This is a beautifully put together Barrel Fermented Chardonnay that has flavours of Apple and Citrus. There is wonderful flavours of Vanilla and a nice creamy finish. This will make a great addition to any chicken or creamy pasta dinner.
2012 Redstone Riesling – Vintages TBA (August) – $18.95 – This is a nice refreshing well put together Riesling. There are great flavours of apple and peach with nice refreshing mineral on the finish. This wine has great balance between sweetness and acidity. This is a great patio sipper for the summer or something that would be a perfect match to grilled sausages.
