Eye on Fleur du Cap

2012 Fleur du Cap Chardonnay – LCBO 358960 – $12.80 – The price is not a typo.  Very nicely balance with fruit flavours leaning towards roasted pineapple and tangerine.  Underneath fruit flavours vanilla and toasty oak with a nice long and lingering finish.  This is excellent value and will pair well with Chicken off the Grill or great on it’s own.  Make sure not to serve too cold or the wine will seem empty, wait…
